I actually like learning about exercise, nutrition and all that good stuff and would say I’m actually pretty good at dieting since I’m already completely gluten free. Of course, I don’t enjoy not being able to eat certain foods but I like that dieting of any sort provides the element of accountability and structure.
I’m loving the new things I’m learning and I definitely find everything I’m reading to be really trustworthy. The author of the book was asked, “How long did it take for you to develop the diet?” to which he replied, “It actually took several years of researching for me to discover the real science of eating late night. After a few years of tweaking and refining, I finally came up with a rapid fat loss solution that overcomes all the pitfalls of traditional diets.” That puts me at so much ease, knowing that it’s taken a lot of research and studying so I know it’s valid!
